I've been through many therapist and finally I found a counselor who goes above and beyond what is required of her to help clients feel better and function., Terri breaks down possible tactics an strategies to target symptoms of your diagnosis and explains interventions and possible solutions that are proven and also make sense. I have referred quite a few friends and family members because she is a gift. My anxiety isn't holding me back like it used to.
