My first visit to Dr. Liu was excellent. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and professional, and the doctor saw me at my appointment time, so I didn't have to wait in the little room 30+ minutes like I have with other specialists. Dr. Liu himself was outstanding. He's clearly extremely knowledgable. He also explained things in a way I could understand. He was very patient with me, answered all my questions and repeated things whenever I asked him to. I went in for one issue regarding my throat, but I'm also a sleep apnea patient and I have an extremely deviated septum, and he helped me with those issues even though they weren't part of the appointment. I never felt rushed, and never felt like he was annoyed that I was taking up so much of his time with questions about things that weren't part of of the reason for my visit.
