Last week I desperately needed to see Dr. Rieck with an emergency dental problem. One of my front crowns ( from dental work performed by another dentist over 20 years ago) had started to suddenly loosen. When I called, Dr. Rieck was able to schedule me that very afternoon! I was very nervous and emotional when I came to his office. He patiently and calmly explained what he needed to do to assess and remedy the problem. He explained each step patiently as he proceeded and I began to feel assured and started to feel relief and definitely less anxious. When he finished replacing this original crown, he gave me instructions on how to assure that the crown would stay in place. Now a week later, the crown is secured in place and looks and fits as it should. Thank you Dr. Rieck!
