Dr. Nguyen is great. He explains everything very well from the condition and the reasons behind it, to a procedure/surgery he's doing. I felt comfortable with his decisions. I had 2 lithotripsies, stent placement and stent removal done. Everything went well. He was very thorough, attentive and knowledgeable. The office staff is horrible though (except the schedulers). I came in to do pre-op and they told me that I'll be seen in 5 min. Well.... they forgot about me and 75 min later when I was angry about the long wait, I found out that I've missed lab collection and now have to go to Quest lab myself (and pay for it!) to get my pre-op lab work done! Scheduling and getting through by phone nearly impossible - either very long 'on hold' wait or nobody picks up during work ours, and you go straight to voice mail, the voice mail messages never get called back. So, usually it takes 3-4 phone calls to schedule an appointment :( I would HIGHLY recommend the Doctor, but not the office staff.
