I incurred a puncture wound five days before I saw Dr. Phlean. She explained the tissue area around the puncture, let me know that the wound was being taken care of well by me, told me how much time it should take for healing, and mentioned things to look out for if the wound changed for the worse. She listened and took time to explain all aspects of my condition.
