Compassionate, listens well, addresses all issues thoroughly. Disagree with the complaints - staff is efficient and masterful in juggling many responsibilities. When I have not fully digested test results presented over the phone, they have sent me a printed copy in the mail so that I can read it and discuss any questions with Dr Le.
