Purpose was 1. to get medical opinion on neuropathy of feet (not diabetic), and found I had Morton's Neuroma on both feet. 2. to get routine foot care as covered under my Anthem Medicare policy.This is finally working out BUT the billing and claims are seriously mixed up resulting in multiple filings and duplicate bills.
