Fantastic all around! The entire staff was so welcoming and kind (they even have a chalkboard welcoming new patients by name)! My son felt completely comfortable and he has honestly been dreading this. He left commenting on how nice everyone was. We went for a braces consult today for my 12 year old. He doesn't need them at this time and Dr. Flanagan was honest about that. He isn't going to waste our time or money. I SO APPRECIATE THAT! There are other orthodontists nearby who put braces on every kid who walks in the door. We go back for a re-check in 6 months. I just felt like everyone who we interacted with was kind, friendly, and honest. We will most definitely be back and will be spreading the word about how much we liked Dr. Flanagan.
