Patient Reviews
Feb 04, 2024
I’ve always been resistant to seeing male doctors due to negative experiences I’ve had in the past, but I ended up seeing Dr. Cacciola due to scheduling challenges and the availability of doctors who perform the kind of surgery I was exploring. And I am SO GLAD I did. Not only is he kind, respectful, and attentive, but he is also the most thorough doctor I’ve had and took time to look into symptoms that other doctors have been dismissing for a long time. He explained potential reasons for my symptoms in a way that was scientific but also accessible. He referred me to specialists to determine what was causing my symptoms, which resulted in the discovery of a medical condition that may have gone undetected had he not suggested further testing. It felt good to feel heard and to identify a reason behind some of the problems I’d been experiencing. Now I can get treatment and hopefully everything will level off soon. I had a great experience and highly recommend this doctor.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
