Dr. Bateman listens very well and responds with appropriate treatment. He is accessible via email and reliably responds to email by the next business day. Unfortunately (for patients), Dr. Bateman has left the practice in Olney and is now participating in a fellowship in the western USA. But during the time that he was my doctor, he provided excellent care.
