My husband has sleep apnea. We chose to see Heineman as he has been at the forefront of the Drug Induced Sleep Endoscopy (DISE) procedures and Inspire (tongue stimulator) implantations. My husband actually ended up needing a UP3, which involves a tonsillectomy. At 46. It's a terrible procedure for any adult to go through. Heineman explained EVERYTHING to us and answered all of our questions. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable through the entire process. At one point, my husband had an issue with the medication he was taking -- this was right before a weekend with literally 5 mins to spare before the office closed. Not only was ALL of the office staff I spoke to incredibly genuine, pleasant, and helpful, but Heineman called our pharmacy right away to make sure they could update the meds asap. It was just such an amazing experience with the office staff and especially Dr. Heineman. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend him to anyone needing any sort of ENT procedure done.
