Patient Reviews
Aug 31, 2016
I was referred to Dr. Higginbotham by a friend who had him perform surgery on both shoulders. Having had 10 previous knee surgeries prior to my rotator surgery, I had certain expectations (my previous Doc was awesome as well....hint: KJN), all of which Dr. Higginbotham met. Dr. Higginbotham explained with great detail what he would be doing, what I could expect, answered all of my questions, and treated me with the kind of respect you would hope for. Great Doc!

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
