Dear Doctor Kottarathil, Hi its been along time. Reason I am typing this letter is to Thank-you for the years of service., But due to the COVID out break and long distance driving, I prefer to be closer to home for services. We had a tragic death in the family and the loss has taken a great pain a toll on us all. My Sister LInda (Lori's) twin was severly burned in a fire while sleeping and awoke and on fire, she had 40% burns on her back and arm, she suffered for some time and died a month later. It has been very hard on the family, and other my Mom's health has worsen and I have been helping her alot. I have nothing against you its just the distancing driving and fear of COVID and stuff.
