Dr Jang was very professional, compassionate, patient, competent and engaged. He looked me in the eye for a somewhat stressful consult for me. He offered a measured, pragmatic and optimistic opinion. He didn't try to delay any discussion, defer any question, offered best practice advice. The surgical consult notes were comprehensive and helpful. His nurse George introduced himself before the consult in case I ever needed anything. I am considering switching providers because of Dr Jang's patient engagement manner.
