He is a great personable doctor that I have been to since I was a teenager. There has been a few nurses over the years that need some tips on friendliness. The biggest issue that needs to be addressed is the wait time! If you need to go see him make sure you don't have anything else to do because it takes way to long for an appointment.When you are sick you don't want to sit there for hours.
