I went to the ER there at Firelands Hospital in Sandusky, Ohio. It was the middle of the night. Everyone was most kind and polite. The ladies at the sign in, the insurance gal, the RN who took care of me, the make RN who met me and took my history, greeted me nicely and made me feel comfortable and I felt he cared! After a short time, Dr. Kramer presented....He already knew why I was there and was well prepared. After a purposeful exam, he discussed with me in a professional and caring manner, very seldom seen nor experienced these days with a Physician...., he was cautious and knew I was very concerned...he took that info and applied it to his treatment if me. He ordered tests and explained why. He was reassuring and I felt him to be very experienced and competent as well as portraying a demeanor of calmness which helped me feel better... You have a rare gem of a Physician....work hard to keep him...I noticed he also practices at The Cleveland Clinic, main campus...all quality!
