I saw Dr Zurkowski in the past before 2008 in Batesville and Highland AR. Then later on around 2012 kept trying to see him again, but because of Obama care, mental health clinics including Dr. Zurowski refused to see me because I had Medicare and Medicaid. I was told My records were destroyed in 2008 when tornado destroyed Highland....now I have plain medicaid and need help. If my records were destroyed at Highland Clinic I would so much appreciate a verification of such.
