My husband and I both scheduled colonoscopies Sept 2023. The pre-op appt in the office went very well with the staff there being friendly and informative about what to expect. We were given a reminder call a few days pre-op as well to make sure we did not have any questions. The staff on the day of care was excellent and tailored to the individual care my husband and I needed Dr. Mastri spoke with us and answered our questions before we left. The whole process was very well-choreographed so we never felt like we were waiting longer than a few moments. I can see why a co-worker strongly recommended this practice! For anyone who is hesitating to get a responsible screen, the colon prep was the worst part and it was not as bad as some people say. Shout-outs to the care team: Lynn, Margaret, Becky, and Verlee. They were very cheerful, professional, and made the process more comfortable. Thank you all so much!!
