I would say I'm lucky to be alive but the truth is I'm alive because of Dr. Muse and the trauma team at Scott &White. Post-op I was in a great deal of pain so I was heavily medicated but I remember Dr. Muse coming in to check on me each morning despite, I am sure, having other things to do. He patiently answered my questions, even the ones I had already asked the previous day, and was just a very amicable gentleman. Thank you Dr. Muse!
