My husband recently had surgery performed by Dr. Thomas C. Naslund at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, TN. From the initial consultation to the post-operative follow-ups, Dr. Naslund displayed a level of professionalism and care that exceeded our expectations. Unlike many doctors today who rush through appointments without truly listening, Dr. Naslund took the time to stop and listen to what we had to say. He made us feel heard and valued, carefully addressing all our concerns and questions.He was incredibly thorough, explaining every step of the procedure and ensuring we understood what to expect. His calm demeanor and expertise put us at ease during a very stressful time. Dr. Naslund’s approach was a refreshing change from the typical hurried and impersonal medical encounters we've experienced.
