Patient Reviews
Nov 17, 2023
Most important, Dr. Nau was calm and thorough in his examination and explanations. Now I know that the problem is not as bad as I imagined. I feel confident in his treatment going forward. Dr. Nau used his special light to look in my ear. Then, he vacuumed my ear. The reason I couldn't hear from my left ear was not due to impacted earwax. I have Cholesteatoma. Dr. Nau explained what it was twice and showed me on the model ear in his office twice (By the time I got home, I had forgotten most of what he said and had look it up). Kudos to the office staff too. I was so relieved that I was seen even though I was 25 minutes late. It was my first time going there and I got lost. I called them twice to tell them I was lost and running late. The office rep told me to get there as soon as possible. I had waited over 2 months for the appointment.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
