Dr. Neff is personable. He came in with a smile on his face and introduced himself to me. He was very reassuring, did the procedure quickly and with very little discomfort for me. I appreciate that he took care of me with very little fuss. He was upbeat, and I was surprised that my whole experience with the procedure was rather pleasant. Thanks to the nurses too.
