Dr. Akland is the a great pediatrician. My son is 11 yrs old, and started seeing Dr Akland when we moved to MI near my son's 1st birthday. Dr. Akland takes time to talk to me about my son, find out what my concerns are, asks about our family life, school life, sports, etc. Dr. Akland has been a wonderful pediatrician for all of my children including my 2 daughters whom Dr. Akland has treated since birth. BFM calls me back quickly with test results and notes from Dr Akland.
