He did an emergency surgery on my Mr after a long day in surgery and still took time to answer all our questions, sat down w us, explain what he did, & what has to happen next week ( another procedure) he will be doing. Very approachable and energized. so far we are very happy with, I've not met w his office staff yet, so we will see. This is now in Youngstown, Ohio. PS my Mr was very impressed w him, and all the times he visited him at hospital
