If I could give above 5-stars, I would. Absolutely the best doctor! Knowledgeable, caring and excellent bedside manner. I was referred to Dr. Rowe at 16-weeks due to my high-risk triplet pregnancy and one of the babies had a severe congenital heart defect. He monitored my care, made sound decisions and recommendations, and delivered my triplets who are all doing very well. Dr. Rowe is a blessing and a jewel.
