Patient Reviews
Oct 30, 2019
The reception staff was fantastic, friendly, and made us feel comfortable as new clients in their office. I do wish that the appointment scheduler had mentioned that their office would be moving when I called to set up the appointment. We nearly ended up late after going to the old office. The wait wasn't terribly long. His nurse and other clinical staff were very professional. Dr Carothers was patient with my daughter who was very scared. He followed up after her visit with a call to explain her diagnosis and discuss what our next steps should be. His call was quickly followed by one from one of his assistants to schedule the procedure that my child needs. Overall, he was very professional, was willing and able to address our questions and concerns.
