I'm from out of town - I called several different doctors and they were the only ones who were able to get us in within the week. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. We returned a few weeks later to get tubes in my daughter's ears and have her adenoids removed. Dr. Tilsner was awesome - very informative and considerate of us living out of town too. After returning home, we encountered some problems with the ear drops. He personally called my cell phone and helped us.
