Dr. Phillips is the most caring physician I have ever had as a patient. He takes time to explain your health and address concerns with you at each visit. Dr Phillips has cared for me for more than 25 years and I would recommend his services to everyone. You will not find a more knowledge, caring, compassionate physician/person for your health care needs!
