Dr. J as I call her, is my most trusted person in my life hands down. She's like the core of my solid foundation in life. She keep's it real. She's a business owner and swinging away at business on her own and it's inspiring to see that my therapist is also working on her own goals. Practicing what she preaches at every step I know that when I talk to her I'm probably not going to hear what I like to hear or want to hear and that's the point of therapy. No punches held back so to speak. If you want evolution, like her logo the butterfly- I suggest you contact her immediately. Sidebar, read this other review- I have never. Not once, had a problem scheduling with her. I think the thing to remember when going to therapy is accountability is going to be a major part. If I don't hear back, I know why, we've discussed it. I may have forgotten why- but that's why I know I can trust her. The least manipulative psych I've ever had.
