Dr. Gong is smart, caring, and a great communicator. He listens, encourages questions, and gives answers his patients can understand and apply. He uses his extensive knowledge to directly benefit his patients by teaching, explaining his recommendations and care plans. Dr. Gong has successfully treated me for the past six years from heart failure to heart transplant to post-transplant after care. He is kind and patient and VERY smart. He is one of the best of the best!
