They are direct, take time to educate us, flexible to your needs as a parent (e.g., get tons of tests or be conservative and wait and see) and they enjoy their work. The communication via portal and phone is also very quick. We have been with them for five years. Our son Trevor asks us when he is going there to see Ms. Tamara to talk, no shots.
