If you're looking for treatment based on a finely tuned diagnosis Dr. Thomas is the doctor. I like that he's open to alternative treatments and supplements. I'm very happy I found him. He's the only neurologist in Knoxville who has done a fellowship in muscular neurology (and one of only three in TN) beyond, of course, a neurology residency, a great choice for my peripheral neuropathy. (Time spent with you may seem short, though, as Knoxville needs more neurologists and he stays on schedule.)
