When you go see an Endodontist it’s because you are experiencing pain. The last thing you want is to be treated like another number among hundreds of other patients. From the moment you walk into Bloom Endodontics, you are treated with respect and care. I’ve never been to a Dentist or Endodontist where my time there was an experience. Yes, an experience! And a truly remarkable experience. Dr. Gibson took the time to explain things in detail to me. He didn’t use big fancy words to talk over me. He checked to make sure I understood and more importantly what to expect each step of the way. No surprise pinches, pushes, sounds, etc. During my 2 hour root canal, Dr. Gibson kept making sure I was doing okay and paused when I needed a break. Here’s the kicker! The next day, Dr. Gibson himself, NOT his staff, he himself called to check in and see how I was doing. Answered additional questions and shared with me next steps again.
