I have seen a lot of dentists and technicians in my life (over 4 states) and Tim and his staff are the best I have seen. If you want a good, friendly, professional, straight forward experience and professionals which are actively investing in your safety (COVID, etc..) and best interest (filtration systems, new processes, new technology) this is the one for you. In a past life, I was a six sigma level process pro at a fortune 100 company, so I know know good processes when I see them. They also went the extra mile to address emergency issues I have had, due to my teeth/practices, not anything they have done, and are very customer focused. I now view them as extended family which I trust.
