It was after 5pm on a weekday, I had spent hours with my daughter waiting to be seen in urgent care only to be finally seen and told that she had an ingrown toenail and it needed to be seen by a podiatrist, at this point most places were closed and I was dreading taking my 5 year old out of school yet again the next day to continue this process, and instead I found Dr. Liddy's office from a quick google search. Dr. Liddy and his wife run a practice that was so welcoming it doesn't even make sense. We arrived harried and frazzled and my daughter was a screaming mess both tired and in pain, and they took the time to sit and negotiate with her, which I can tell you took a LOT of patience that day. But Dr. Liddy went above and beyond by seeing her again a few days later, by calling me and texting me several times in followup to see how the toe was progressing, and by not letting my extremely limited insurance plan get in the way of the care she needed. He was kind and patient and awesome.
