Phelps county regional medical center used to have a bad reputation when it came to surgery and patient care, they changed the name and the game! Phelps health has a great cardiology department and Dr Martin is one of my new heroes. This man literally saved my life and I wouldn't be here to right this review if it weren't for him! Looking for Great cardiac care? No reason to travel to St Louis or Columbia any longer. You can get it right here in Rolla Missouri. The staff, everyone in this department is super helpful, and treat's you with respect. I 100% recommend this doctor/specialist. Rich B
