Direct when explaining the situation and circumstances, can simplify situation and circumstances without intimidating patients. Easy-going style. Has saved me from potentially health-endangering procedures suggested by previous physicians. Considers all aspects of the patient's, lifestyle when recommending treatments not just the cure but also potential consequences and explains them.
