Dr. Noyes is great. He treats patients well and is respectful, specifically with plus sized patients who have had trouble getting care in the past. He tends to write expensive prescriptions but overall, I couldn’t be more thrilled with him. His front office, however, is very disorganized. So much so, that I t negatively affects patient care. They don’t respond to faxes and calls from pharmacies and other caregivers. To the point that things go weeks without response and prescriptions don’t get filled and physical therapy isn’t done. I’ve had multiple occasions where they have dropped the ball and it has become an issue for my mom’s care.
