Thank you Dr. Roberts. You demonstrated such kindness when you met with me yesterday prior to my surgical intervention. I have a Trauma history. Without probing for any specifics regarding the trauma, you asked if I could identify triggers that might help guide you toward sensitive care. I was able to tell you a few things, but got emotional.
