Dr Timothy Khater has always been respectable and thorough. Hes been my dr for over 9 yrs. Today I went in for a follow up and was told things are good to come back in a year. So I go to the desk to get on schedule and the lady did so, but she scheduled me with a different doctor there! I called them when I realized this to make sure I get my dr. She asked me if I had glaucoma, I said yes. She was upset that I wanted to see My Doctor!... She put me on hold and got back on the phone and said my appointment was updated to Dr. Khater and Just HUNG UP! What is going on that these people at the desk are so rude & Disrespectful to us that pay her pay check?? She never gave me her name.. If your having a bad day Dont take it out on innocent people. We too have things going on n our lives but we Dont Treat you disrespectful! I pray dr Khater sees this and has a Come To Jesus meeting on being kind! (I see this has gone on since 2018 by comments) It has to stop!
