I met Dr. Saleem in 2022 while being treated for DKA. It was extremely bad and life threatening. When I was released from the hospital I met with Dr. Saleem. After 12 years with my family doctor my diabetes had gotten bad with an A1C of 9+. Dr. Saleem explained everything very well and changed/added medications. My A1C was 6.3 in a few months and I was taking a lot less insulin. A year later my A1C is up a little to 6.8 but I had gone through surgery which messed up eating habits everything. I am back on track and lowering those numbers again. Thank You, Michael Martin, "Rev"
