I’ve been seeing Dr. O for 4 years now, and she’s the most caring, respectful and determined psychiatrist I’ve worked with. Cannot tell you how many it took before finding her. Though sometimes she may come across as tough, it comes from a place of love, to use as motivation for action change. She always pairs medication with advice that usually only a therapist would give, which honestly is HUGE. Depression isn’t just about meds, though the right ones help immensely to make a difference how much effort it takes to make the changes to transform your life. All in all, if you believe in doing the work alongside the use of meds, she’s the one for you.
