Dr. McMillan clearly explains what is going on with your eyes and what he can do to take care of The condition. I have had 23 Plus years of eye Issues. Dr.. McMillan has provided my eyecare for 10 plus years. I feel his level of care and talent treating my eye conditions has been the best.
