I saw Dr. Richards on an emergency consultation basis at a local hospital after breaking my hand recently. He was very kind, explained everything thoroughly (even helped with my insurance!), and did a superb job with the procedure itself. I feel very lucky to have encountered him, and would highly recommend his care!
