Dr. Fridley surgically removed some skin and cyst growth that was located in my belly button. This had been an issue for a few years with fluid discharge from the area. Eventually my belly button got infected so it was time for surgery.The procedure took 45 minutes and I was home within a few hours. The incision is healing nicely. I go back to see the surgeon in a week.Dr. Fridley is very personable, friendly, and competent. He explained everything to me including what options I had available, the surgical procedure, etc. I was able to schedule the surgery within a week and everything went great. I highly recommend Dr. Fridley. We are fortunate to have expert surgeons like Dr. Fridley in the Hickory area.
