Making an appointment as a new patient and check in were easy. Staff went through required tests quickly. Dr Moreno reviewed my issues and explained them. He agreed with previous assessments of my retina issues. He did seem rushed st the end of my exam when I had a few additional questions but he did answer them. The office does not do regular eye exams.
