Dr. Luley was kind, caring, thorough, and an incredible Doctor! He was open to challanges and did everything to do right by me and my daughter. I saw 2 OBs before I found Dr. Luley. They missed preeclampsia and other health issues. He found it the first day and made a huge difference. We adored him, his kind and gentle soul, and I refer everyone I know to him.
