I saw Dr. Haines about a lesion I had on my neck, which she removed. It was sent off for a biopsy and turned out to be basal cancer. She recommended another dermatologist in town to perform Mohs' surgery, which went well. I went back to see her afterwards to discuss it and look it over. She was very nice and I appreciated her not lecturing me on letting the condition go longer than I should have. I'm supposed to get checked every six months from now on and I will keep seeing Dr. Haines as long as she is available.
