Dr. Latz has a great approach to mental wellness. She is thorough in history taking and compassionately listening. She makes you feel comfortable discussing difficult issues. She has a great grasp of knowledge regarding medications and neurotransmitters while also having a unique perspective in regards to approved alternative approaches such as meditation, mindfulness, nutrition or nootropics, and recognized energy medicine, energy psychology, qigong or tai chi, or vibrational approaches involving color (red light therapy), crystal based therapy (Lifewave patches) or Cymatech AMI sound therapy. Bravo! A refreshing experience to be seen as a whole person (mind, emotions, spirit and body).
