Dr Phan is one of the most caring physicians I’ve encountered. She treats my mother-in-law, and does so with the utmost skill. Dr. Phan is an excellent listener and an extremely skilled diagnostician. Her unique combination of care, skill, and true interest in the well being of her patient is a unique combination these days. All of these qualities make her an outstanding member of our medical community. I highly recommend her.
